Covid-19 Lockdown Plan ESRA to continue in-person support during lockdown ESRA will stay open during lockdown, but with some significant changes to the service. This is consistent with government regulations that allow in-person drug and alcohol support services. No one will be able to attend any of the hubs without a prior appointment. There will be no drop-ins. Safety is the most important consideration, and so masks must be worn and all instructions must be followed. The following changes will apply from Thursday 5th November 2020: Hastings (Grub Hub) The Hastings Hub will be open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. There will be two sessions each day and attendance for each session must be booked in advance. Morning session: 10am – 11am for one to one support conversations with an ESRA member of staff or with an ESRA Connector. Afternoon session: 11:30am – 12:30pm a facilitated recovery group, lunch can be booked after. How to book Bookings must be made by calling 01424 435318, subject to the following: Clients can attend 1 x group and 1 x one to one support session per week. Cancellations must be made beforehand so we can offer the place to someone else. Any unexplained no-shows will not be able to book another session for a week.
